We're looking for a motivated and detailâoriented Associate (Mortgage Quality and Compliance Adviser) to join our Business Standards team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in mortgage and protection administration, compliance, quality assurance, or adviser support who's ready to take the next step in their career. You'll play a key role in maintaining Stonebridge's high standards and helping advisers deliver the best outcomes for their clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Review mortgage and insurance case files against internal and FCA standards.
- Conduct 1â2â1 reviews and performance observations with advisers.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance by phone and email.
- Review promotional materials and adviser CPD records to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate internal records and management information.
Our ideal candidate
- Experience within mortgage, protection, financial services, or quality assurance, ideally in compliance or adviser support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to fully satisfy the preâemployment screening process which comprises right to work, identity, 5 years referencing, AML, credit screen, financial sanctions and DBS checks.
