We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Business Standards team. This exciting role requires experience in mortgage and protection administration, compliance, quality assurance or adviser support, and an eagerness to help advisers deliver the best outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Review mortgage and insurance case files against internal and FCA standards.
- Conduct 1‑2‑1 reviews and performance observations with advisers.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance by phone and email.
- Review promotional materials and adviser CPD records to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate internal records and management information.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience within mortgage, protection, financial services, or quality assurance, ideally in compliance or adviser support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to fully satisfy the pre‑employment screening process (right to work, identity, 5‑year referencing, AML, credit screen, financial sanctions, and DBS checks).
