We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Business Standards team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review mortgage and insurance case files against internal and FCA standards.
  • Conduct 1‑2‑1 reviews and performance observations with advisers.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance by phone and email.
  • Review promotional materials and adviser CPD records to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate internal records and management information.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Experience within mortgage, protection, financial services, or quality assurance, ideally in compliance or adviser support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to fully satisfy the pre‑employment screening process which comprises of right to work, identity, 5 years referencing, AML, credit screen, financial sanctions and DBS checks.
