Requirements
- MUST HAVE Full CeMAP qualification (or industry equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
Your responsibilities will include
- Delivering proactive, ongoing mortgage and protection advice to clients introduced by our leading Estate Agency connection
- Working closely with professional support staff to ensure a smooth, efficient client journey
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with existing clients to meet their full financial needs
- Maintaining professional competence through continuous training, qualifications, and legislative updates
What We re Looking For
Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience within a mortgage advice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of current legislation
- Confident use of mortgage and protection sourcing/research software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- A track record of delivering exceptional customer service
