Job Responsibilities

  • Use an iPad to check in customers at Starter Station
  • Provide information and assistance to our customers
  • Track turn times and finish times throughout the day by use of the iPad
  • Enforce daily cart rules
  • Educate and assist golfers on issues such as pace of play, course rules, and golf etiquette

Requirements

  • Prior golf-related experience is a plus!
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent listening and comprehension skills required
  • Knowledge of mathematics sufficient to perform a variety of calculations
  • Knowledge of the techniques, principles, and regulations of golf programs
  • Ability to deal with difficult people or situations in a positive and diplomatic manner
  • Must be safety conscious and knowledgeable about the game of golf
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Ability to lift 25lbs and bend while performing work duties
  • Ability to operate motorized carts throughout the golf course
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions from management
