Job Description

Stonebridge Executive Search is a boutique recruitment business that operates within the Professional Services sector. We identify the market’s top talent in our specialist fields and are involved in the majority of moves at senior (£200k Plus) and junior levels within this fast-paced and lucrative sector. With over 30 years of expertise, we are the market leaders in our field.

About the Role

We're looking for a salesperson who wants to move into a recruitment role. We are fortunate that we specialise in a sector that is bucking the trend in the current economic climate. The Ideal candidates will use their skills in sales/recruitment to forge relationships and influence decision makers. Recruitment experience is not necessary, just some experience working in a target-driven environment and some success at building relationships that have tangible financial results.

We are a relationship-driven business and need individuals who excel at getting to know people!

Responsibilities

  • Running targeted recruitment campaigns to source and attract the best talent in our niche markets.
  • Running marketing campaigns via social media and advertising platforms.
  • Building relationships with prospective candidates and selling Stonebridge Executive Search.
  • Maintaining a healthy pipeline of candidates to help support company growth.
  • Building an active network of candidates in the Insolvency/Restructuring/M&A and Corporate Finance markets.
  • Communicating with the team on updates on candidates.

Recruitment experience is not necessary, just some experience working in a target-driven environment and some success at building relationships that have tangible financial results.
