Our client is a specialist mid-market advisory firm, completing 25+ high-impact transactions annually across a diverse range of sectors. With a strong focus on leverage finance, debt structuring and special situations (with some exposure to venture and growth capital), the team is known for delivering strategic, commercially driven outcomes for its clients. The Manchester market is a key growth focus for the firm, offering direct access to decision-makers, private equity sponsors, lenders, and corporate clients across the Northern Powerhouse and wider UK market.

Candidate Requirements:
- Strong financial modelling, analytical and commercial skills
- Proven experience in Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Special Situations or Restructuring Advisory
- A genuine passion for debt-led transactions, with the ambition and capability to originate and lead mandates
- Ideally ACA/CA or ACCA qualified, with approximately 5–10 years’ post-qualification experience
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; European language skills are advantageous but not essential
