We're working with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Corporate Finance boutique that's launching a brand-new Restructuring service line alongside its established Debt Advisory and M&A practices — and they need someone to lead origination from day one.
This isn't a "join an established machine and wait your turn" role. It's for someone who's built a network over the years — insolvency practitioners, turnaround investors, lenders, PE sponsors, NEDs — and is ready to put that network to work for themselves, not just for a larger advisory P&L.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 10 years of experience within Restructuring Advisory or Special Situations
- ACA, CA, ACCA or CA(SA) qualifications are essential.
- Strong communication and analytical skills and demonstrable experience within a UK focused Advisory practice.
