Requirements Originate and lead debt advisory mandates across UK mid-market transactions Develop relationships with private equity investors, lenders and corporate clients Deliver strategic funding solutions across acquisitions, refinancing and growth transactions Build and shape the firm’s long-term debt advisory proposition alongside senior leadership Proven debt advisory or leveraged finance experience within the mid-market Strong track record of originating and converting client opportunities Credibility with private equity-backed and owner-managed businesses If you are an experienced dealmaker who thrives in an agile, commercially driven environment where individual contribution is visible and rewarded- you will be an excellent fit for this role.
