Are you a commercially driven professional with a passion for legal services and business growth? We’re looking for a Legal Business Development Manager to join a forward-thinking law firm in Manchester, helping drive client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth.
About the Role:
As the Legal BDM, you’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving business across multiple legal practice areas. Working closely with Partners and Marketing, you’ll shape and execute growth strategies that align with our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development plans for legal teams and service lines
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities, leads, and markets
- Build and nurture long-term client and referrer relationships
- Collaborate with fee earners to enhance cross-selling initiatives
- Attend networking events, conferences, and industry forums
- Provide input into marketing campaigns and thought leadership content
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
