Job Description

Insolvency Partner:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and accomplished Insolvency/Restructuring Director to join their distinguished team. With roles based in London, the South West and Midlands, our client can offer opportunities at varied locations across the country.

As a key decision-maker and influential leader within the organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the firm, providing strategic advice and guidance to clients, and driving its continued success. As a Partner you will deliver guidance to clients, navigating challenging situations with professionalism and astute decision-making, whilst delivering exceptional client service and fostering long-term relationships.

Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Leading Insolvency engagements and executing case work.
  • Stakeholder management and making recommendations to clients.
  • Business development and origination, with a view toward the delivery of a growing portfolio of cases.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and growing a business development network.
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members.
