You will play a key role in developing candidate networks, managing recruitment campaigns, and building long-term relationships with high-calibre professionals across specialist markets, including Insolvency, Restructuring, M&A, and Corporate Finance.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver targeted recruitment campaigns to identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent across niche markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop active talent pipelines to support current and future business growth.
- Manage marketing campaigns across social media and advertising platforms to strengthen market presence and candidate engagement.
- Build specialist networks within the Insolvency, Restructuring, M&A, and Corporate Finance markets.
- Contribute positively to team culture and collaborate closely with colleagues to drive continued success.
About You
We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have prior recruitment experience and are looking to take the next step in their career.
You will ideally demonstrate:
- Previous experience within recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition.
- A proven track record in a target-driven, performance-focused environment.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- High levels of resilience, drive, and self-motivation.
- A proactive and professional approach with excellent communication skills.
- Experience recruiting within Professional Services, Finance, or related markets.
- Knowledge of Insolvency, Restructuring, M&A, or Corporate Finance sectors.
