You must have a commercial outlook and a genuine interest in investing and business turnaround, coupled with a background in financial analysis that allows you to identify problems quickly and make sound, informed decisions as part of an investment team.
Salary and Compensation
Stonebridge Executive Search has provided a pay range of £55,000.00–£65,000.00 for this role. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Your role as part of the investment team will involve reviewing new opportunities when they arise, working alongside senior colleagues to identify overspending and other opportunities to streamline the business.
- You will also be involved in managing the portfolio companies through the turnaround process.
Qualifications / Required Experience
- Financial restructuring projects (both advisory and formal).
- Insolvency skills specifically Trading Administrations.
- Experience working on Operational Turnaround projects and Trading Administrations.
- Exposure to large corporates and SMEs.
- Cash flow forecasting and cost reduction.
- Familiarity with estimated outcome statements.
