The Debt Advisory offering, with a strong pipeline of refinancing, acquisition finance and growth funding mandates, forms an integral part of the businesses strategic growth plan. Given its growth plans, the firm is now looking to appoint a credible and experienced debt advisor to further accelerate and grow the team and capability.

Requirements
- Originate and lead debt advisory mandates across UK mid-market transactions
- Develop relationships with private equity investors, lenders and corporate clients
- Deliver strategic funding solutions across acquisitions, refinancing and growth transactions
- Build and shape the firm’s long-term debt advisory proposition alongside senior leadership
- Proven debt advisory or leveraged finance experience within the mid-market
- Strong track record of originating and converting client opportunities
- Credibility with private equity-backed and owner-managed businesses
