Key Responsibilities:
- Being able to work on several different assignments at one time.
- Drafting all routine case correspondence and dealing with creditor telephone enquiries.
- Problem solving and resolving client and director demands.
- Using analytical skills to assess financial and other information to assist clients in understanding their affairs and needs; to identify opportunities to enhance value for stakeholders.
- Ensuring all client work is carried out within the appropriate timescales through continual monitoring of case progression.
- Working as a team with the other managers, directors and staff to ensure the department as a whole meets its objectives and all client demands are exceeded.
- Understanding the insolvency act and appreciate key commercial aspects of insolvency companies.
- Providing regular progress reports to senior staff including preparation of six-monthly case reviews.
