We are excited to be recruiting for a reliable Site Maintenance Person. This is an unrivalled opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing motor groups.

This is a varied role that will help ensure our dealership, vehicles and customer areas are kept clean, presentable and maintained to a high standard at all times. You will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our dealership facility is well‑maintained and presents a professional appearance. An average day as Site Maintenance

• Carrying out general site maintenance and basic repairs around the dealership.
• Keeping the site, car park and surrounding areas clean, tidy and well presented.
• Washing and preparing pitch cars to ensure they are clean and ready for customers.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation across the vehicle display areas.
• Assisting with the general presentation and upkeep of the showroom.
• Supporting the wider dealership team with day‑to‑day maintenance and practical tasks.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or faults that require specialist attention.
• Ensuring the dealership always provides a clean, welcoming and professional environment for customers.

• Practical, reliable and hardworking.
• Comfortable carrying out a variety of general maintenance tasks.
• Able to work independently and manage their workload effectively.
• Proud of their work and has a good eye for detail.
• Happy working outdoors as well as indoors.
• Well organised and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
