Whilst working for Stoneacre in Northallerton the Trainee programme is delivered through the Toyota Academy, our outstanding learning & development organisation. The Trainee Customer Consultant programme targets and develops high calibre people like you, who may have recently completed their education and are seeking the first rung of the ladder in a professional automotive career. As a Trainee Customer Consultant, you will be part of a new Toyota initiative which fast tracks you through the 12-week programme and onto the Academy's development path, leading to a full industry-recognised accreditation and potentially into management.

An average day as a Trainee Customer Consultant…

  • Understand product features, characteristics, etc. to maximise sales potential.
  • Provide industry leading customer service.
  • Build and maintain great relationships with existing and new customers to maximise future sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer requirements, completing sales contracts and other sales administration.
