We are excited to be recruiting for a Parts Advisor. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and providing industry-leading advice on our products and services to our valued customers. Through both in house and manufacturer training, you will be given full support and development enabling you to reach your full potential, all whilst contributing towards making Stoneacre the Number One Motor Group.

An average day as a Parts Advisor includes:

  • Selling parts directly to both retail and trade customers via telephone, online and face-to-face.
  • Assisting customers via telephone, online and face-to-face, as well as processing orders over the telephone.

We consider candidates from all backgrounds who preferably have experience working in the Automotive sector within a Parts Advisor role, however training will be provided (knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous). You will be sales and target driven with a reliable and punctual work ethic and a willingness to follow instructions. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within the automotive industry with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts. You will be flexible and dynamic with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
