An average day as a Bodyshop Panel Beater… You will have the ability to carry out all panel beater repair work efficiently, on a full range of vehicles. Ensure that all equipment used, to include jigs, fixtures and welding equipment is operated in accordance with defined safety requirements. Follow written instructions effectively from job cards and demonstrate knowledge of repairing or replacing bodywork panels of damaged vehicles this will include chassis and framework. Continually checking vehicle repair work ensuring there are no defects including quarter panels, filler work, stripping a vehicle down and rebuilding it. Ensuring body components are repaired and replaced to damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition and to Kitemark BS10125 and manufacturer's standards.

About you… Relevant panel qualifications- IMI 3, NVQ 3, or ATA Panel Beater Accreditation desirable but not essential. You will have experience in a similar Bodyshop environment. You will have strong time management and organisational skills. You will have a working knowledge of H&S responsibilities. We want you to love what you do – The rest will come naturally.
