We are excited to be recruiting for a Trainee Accounts Assistant. This is an unrivalled opportunity to join one of the UK\'s fastest growing motor groups.
As a Trainee Accounts Assistant, you will report to the Branch Accountant and will be responsible for the daily processing of key accounts functions such as cash, bank and purchase ledger.
You will be a valued team member working within one of our fast paced dealerships with a keen eye for detail. You will be able provide the highest level of accuracy, all whilst contributing towards making Stoneacre the Number One Motor Group.

- Purchase Ledger maintenance - processing invoices to correct nominal codes, reconciling supplier statements and setting up monthly BACS payment runs.
- Creating and processing a variety of payments using online banking system.
- Petty cash control and monthly reconciliation.
- Dealing with incoming post
- General housekeeping duties

- Good IT Skills, particularly MS Office including Excel.
- Minimum GCSE grade 4 in Maths and English
