Responsibilities:
- Make warm calls to existing customers – no cold calling.
- Manage inbound enquiries from customers and identify opportunities to cross-sell products.
- Adhere to data protection regulations.
- Work within a busy sales floor.
- Work towards sales targets.
- Confidently manage objections.
- Advise and sell company products and services.
- Manage CRM system and correctly enter customer data.

Your working week would be:
- Monday to Friday – 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (with a 1-hour break).
