As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and providing industry-leading advice on our products and services to our valued customers. Representing a variety of manufacturers, you will boast extensive industry knowledge on a diverse range of vehicles and models. You will take great pride in your work and be a highly motivated team player. An average day as a Parts Advisor…

• Ensure parts are efficiently distributed to Service Department Technicians.
• Selling parts directly to both retail and trade customers via telephone, online and face-to-face.
• Maintain stock levels, order parts as and when required and ensure all deliveries are correct.
• Assist customers via telephone, online and face-to-face, as well as processing orders over the telephone.
• Identifying parts required for vehicles, utilising the Electronic Parts Catalogue, and our DMS system.
• Sourcing parts for internal and external customers.
• Picking parts.
• Effectively communicating with our Service department.
• Carrying out some administration duties such as invoicing.

About you…

• We consider candidates from all backgrounds who preferably have experience working in the Automotive sector within a Parts Advisor role, however training will be provided (knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous).
• You will have fantastic communication skills and enjoy working in a fast paced yet rewarding environment.
• You will have the ability to work independently but also thrive as part of a team with a proactive can-do attitude.
• You will be sales and target driven with a reliable and punctual work ethic and a willingness to follow instructions.
• You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within the automotive industry with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts.
• You will have a strong attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
• You will be flexible and dynamic with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
