Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks on building structures, equipment, and facilities.
Handle basic plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks and clearing clogged drains.
Repair and maintain doors, windows, and locks.
Paint and touch up walls, floors, and other surfaces as needed.
Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Assist with setting up displays and signage.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dealership's interior and exterior areas.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from dealership staff.
About you Have Knowledge of general maintenance techniques and repair procedures.
Basic understanding of plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Availability to work flexible hours and weekends if needed.
