An average day as Site Maintenance:
- Conduct routine inspections of the dealership premises to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks on building structures, equipment, and facilities.
- Handle basic plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks and clearing clogged drains.
- Repair and maintain doors, windows, and locks.
- Paint and touch up walls, floors, and other surfaces as needed.
- Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Assist with setting up displays and signage.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dealership's interior and exterior areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from dealership staff.
About you:
- Knowledge of general maintenance techniques and repair procedures.
- Basic understanding of plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours and weekends if needed.
