An average day as Site Maintenance:

  • Conduct routine inspections of the dealership premises to identify maintenance needs.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks on building structures, equipment, and facilities.
  • Handle basic plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks and clearing clogged drains.
  • Repair and maintain doors, windows, and locks.
  • Paint and touch up walls, floors, and other surfaces as needed.
