Parts Advisor – Service Centre

About The Role
As a Parts Advisor, you will represent a wide variety of manufacturers, providing industry‑leading advice and support to our valued customers. You will be a highly motivated team player, motivated by the opportunity to thrive in an environment that allows you to experience each working day fully.
Responsibilities
- Ensure parts are efficiently distributed to Service Department Technicians.
- Selling parts directly to both retail and trade customers via telephone, online and face‑to‑face.
- Maintain stock levels, order parts as and when required and ensure all deliveries are correct.
- Assist customers via telephone, online and face‑to‑face, as well as processing orders over the telephone.
- Identifying parts required for vehicles, utilising the Electronic Parts Catalogue, and our DMS system.
- Sourcing parts for internal and external customers.
- Picking parts.
- Effectively communicating with our Service department.
- Carrying out some administration duties such as invoicing.

Qualifications
- Experience working in the automotive sector within a Parts Advisor role (knowledge of Kerridge advantageous).
- Fantastic communication skills and enjoy working in a fast paced yet rewarding environment.
- Ability to work independently but also thrive as part of a team with a proactive can‑do attitude.
- Sales and target driven with a reliable and punctual work ethic and a willingness to follow instructions.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within the automotive industry with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts.
- Strong attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexible and dynamic with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
