An average day as a General Sales Manager includes:

  • Training and coaching your sales staff, ensuring they deliver consistent excellent service and achieve monthly sales and CSI targets
  • Maintaining fantastic presentation standards within your dealership and in digital and online images and video
  • Conduct regular staff performance reviews
  • Ensure the smooth running of your sales department, effectively and profitably, carefully controlling volume and margin KPIs
  • Build and maintain unparalleled relationships with new and existing customers to maximise future sales opportunities
  • Raise the profile of the Stoneacre brand by delivering a consistent 5 star service
  • Strong motivational and coaching skills, with the focus on bringing the best out of your team
  • A positive, motivated and empathetic approach with the ability to work well under pressure
  • A full UK driving license
