An average day as a Showroom Host...
- Greet customers and visitors, ensuring waiting times are kept to a minimum.
- Offer customers and visitors refreshments.
- Encourage customers to engage with the products and services in a relaxed environment.
- Handle basic product queries using supporting information, providing our customers with confidence that they are receiving a professional service.
- Ensure the customer experience is personalised and efficient.
- Maintain and coordinate the showroom environment and ambience and ensure the showroom is clean and tidy in accordance with operational guidelines. xgikmsk
