Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Field Sales Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing Customers and achieving sales growth for the Customer based in their defined territory.

An average day as a Field Sales Executive...
- You will be a self-starter with confidence in building strong relationships and achieve sales growth.
- You will assist, liaise with and support the Centre team to ensure good working relationships and delivery of excellent Customer service.
- You will work with the Sales Manager, Parts Sales Executive team, and others to achieve sales growth and provide a joined-up approach to sales.
- Be able to develop and build strong relationships with all customers.
- Ensure Customer discounts are appropriately applied based on spend levels.
- Achieve sales growth for the Customers based in a defined territory.
- Work within the identified sales strategy to increase sales revenues.
- Be able to identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within Customer base.
- Identify any potential new Customer account within Centre territory.
- Maintain own product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
About you…
- Have Customer account management experience with a real passion for providing excellent Customer service.
- Have an interest in the Automotive industry.
- Be IT literate, preferably with a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Have a full clean UK driving licence.
- You will be computer literate, especially Microsoft Office and Excel.
- You will have excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy high-pressured environment.
- Be performance orientated with selling and negotiation skills.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
- Be able to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines.
- Have the ability to work with a team as well as on own initiative.
