The Warranty Administrator plays a key part in the relationship management between the dealership, customer and the manufacturer. You will provide exceptional administrative support and the highest level of customer service to our customers. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be a valued team member committed to delivering accurate administrative documents and the best customer service that exceeds our customers’ expectations. You will make each Stoneacre customer feel valued, and provide the highest level of customer care, all whilst contributing towards making Stoneacre the Number One Motor Group.

An average day as a Warranty Administrator includes:
- Checking claims submitted by the sites.
- Submitting Warranty to the required manufacturer standards.
- Ensuring the submission of all invoiced jobs and assisting the Accounts department in the reconciliation of the Warranty payments.
- Maintain a professional manner at all times.
- Building rapport with internal sites/staff and external customers.
About you:
- You will have experience working within the motor industry.
- Previous administration experience will be extremely beneficial.
- Experience using Kerridge/CDK or a similar system would be advantageous but is not essential.
- You will need to be organised, efficient, with a keen eye for detail.
- Have the ability to work within specified guidelines.
- Committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy high-pressured environment.
