Main Duties:
- Making warm calls to existing customers – NO COLD CALLING!
- Manage inbound enquires from customers and identify opportunities to cross-sell products
- Adhering to data protection
- Working within a busy sales floor
- Work towards sales targets
- Confidently manage objections
- Advise and sell company products and services
- Manage CRM system and correctly enter customer data
Your working week would be:
- Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:30pm (with 1-hour breaks)
- Every 3rd Saturday – 9am to 12:30pm
