As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and providing industry-leading advice on our products and services to our valued customers. Representing a variety of manufacturers, you will boast extensive industry knowledge on a diverse range of vehicles and models. You will take great pride in your work and be a highly motivated team player.
Through both in house and manufacturer training, you will be given full support and development enabling you to reach your full potential, all whilst contributing towards making Stoneacre the Number One Motor Group.

An average day as a Parts Advisor
- Ensure parts are efficiently distributed to Service Department Technicians.
- Selling parts directly to both retail and trade customers via telephone, online and face-to-face.
- Maintain stock levels, order parts as and when required and ensure all deliveries are correct.
- Assist customers via telephone, online and face-to-face, as well as processing orders over the telephone.
- Identifying parts required for vehicles, utilising the Electronic Parts Catalogue, and our DMS system.
- Sourcing parts for internal and external customers.
- Picking parts.
- Effectively communicating with our Service department.
- Carrying out some administration duties such as invoicing.
About You
- We consider candidates from all backgrounds who preferably have experience working in the Automotive sector within a Parts Advisor role, however training will be provided (knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous)
- You will have fantastic communication skills and enjoy working in a fast paced yet rewarding environment.
- You will have the ability to work independently but also thrive as part of a team with a proactive can-do attitude.
- You will be sales and target driven with a reliable and punctual work ethic and a willingness to follow instructions.
- You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within the automotive industry with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts.
- You will have a strong attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
- You will be flexible and dynamic with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
