An average day as a Sales Manager includes:
- Training and coaching your sales staff, ensuring they deliver consistent excellent service and achieve monthly sales and CSI targets
- Maintaining fantastic presentation standards within your dealership and in digital and online images and video
- Conduct regular staff performance reviews
- Ensure the smooth running of your sales department, effectively and profitably, carefully controlling volume and margin KPIs
- Build and maintain unparalleled relationships with new and existing customers to maximise future sales opportunities
- Communicate with our customers with integrity and transparency, enhancing the customer experience – Professionalism is always your top priority
- Raise the profile of the Stoneacre brand by delivering a consistent 5 star service
About You:
- You will have fantastic people skills and thrive working in a customer-facing environment
- You will be a natural manager, communicating effectively with your team, and have the ability to demonstrate leadership and direction
- You will be results driven with the desire to succeed
- Strong motivational and coaching skills, with the focus on bringing the best out of your team
- You may not currently work in the motor industry, but you will already have sales management experience
- A positive, motivated and empathetic approach with the ability to work well under pressure
- A full UK driving license
