We are excited to be recruiting for a Broker Account Manager. This is an unrivalled opportunity to join one of the UK\’s fastest growing motor groups.

Stoneacre Leasing, part of our Group Fleet department, based at our Head Office at Thorne near Doncaster, continues to expand at a rapid rate and the continued success has created additional opportunities. As a result, we want to recruit an experienced Sales Executive who ideally has a background in one or more of the following business areas: car sales, contract hire, leasing, banking or finance. If you do not have experience in these areas but can work in a fast moving sales environment where speed of response, accuracy and customer care are paramount you may have what we are looking for.
Group Fleet Department is constantly busy and the pace of work can be challenging. There is no time to get bored. We offer a supportive working environment with an opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast paced and growing team.

As a Broker Account Manager you will develop into a valued team member committed to delivering customer service that exceeds our customers\’ expectations. You will make each Stoneacre customer feel valued, respond to incoming enquiries for personal and business contract hire, and convert prospects into customers, all whilst contributing towards making Stoneacre the Number One Motor Group.

An average day as a New to Car Sales Consultant…
- Respond to incoming enquiries and quote requests via website, email and telephone
- Contact customer to qualify their requirements and expectations
- Confirm vehicle specification and pricing
- Produce contract hire quotations to match customer requirements
- Follow up quotations to secure orders
- Write up orders
- Maintain and update enquiry log and CRM system
- Liaise with administration team to ensure the order to delivery process is completed efficiently
- Provide ongoing customer contact to ensure customer expectations are fulfilled
- Ensure all processes are compliant with financial and data regulations and requirements
- Learning how to maximise sales opportunities by recognising, processing and following up sales prospects with an enthusiastic ‘can do\’ attitude.
- Learning how to contribute towards business sales objectives by achieving your individual sales expectations – The sky\’s the limit!
- Build and maintain unparalleled relationships with new and existing customers to maximise future sales opportunities.
- Communicate with our customers with integrity and transparency, enhancing the customer experience – Professionalism is always your top priority.

About You…
- Experienced in speaking with customers with the ability to build rapport, qualify requirements, explain the features and benefits of products and services, overcome objections, develop solutions and provide excellent customer service.
- Comfortable working with figures and calculations
- Able to manage your time effectively, plan and organise your daily activities
- Able to deal with multiple activities and develop clear priorities
- Computer literate and confident in using Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel and Word
- Able to write concise and accurate emails with good grammar and spelling
- You will be results driven with the desire to succeed.
- You will have the ability to work well under pressure – It will be your people skills that will help you overcome any challenge that is thrown your way.
