As a New Homes Sales Agent, you’ll be the face of our developments – representing leading housebuilders and driving qualified buyers through to completion. You’ll work across multiple sites, bringing passion, market insight, and a digital-first mindset to every customer interaction.
- Delivering outstanding sales performance across allocated new home developments
- Managing the sales process and KPI accountability: enquiries, viewings, reservations etc.
- Using our tech-enabled platform to expertly qualify applicants, manage leads, CRM activity, more efficiently
- Building genuine relationships with buyers
- Leveraging marketing and digital tools to drive interest and engagement
- Working some weekends (flexibly) to align with buyer demand and site activity
