Predominantly Remote | Birmingham Travel
We’re working with an established UK healthcare technology and services business looking to appoint a Senior Client Insights Consultant. This is a varied, client-facing role combining data analysis, service performance, stakeholder management and commercial awareness. You’ll manage relationships with NHS and healthcare clients, use management information and performance data to identify trends and opportunities, and turn that insight into clear recommendations that improve service outcomes.
The role will involve:
- Managing and developing relationships with key healthcare clients
- Reviewing service performance and management information
- Analysing data to identify trends, issues and opportunities
- Presenting findings and recommendations to client stakeholders
- Leading regular client review meetings
- Helping resolve service issues and escalations
- Identifying opportunities to improve or expand services within existing accounts
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive a high-quality service
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with data and performance information, but who is equally confident speaking with clients and senior stakeholders. You could come from a background in client services, customer success, account management, healthcare consulting, service delivery or a commercially focused data/insight role. This isn’t a pure Data Analyst position and it isn’t traditional new-business sales. It sits between the two – using data and insight to help clients make better decisions while building strong, commercially valuable relationships. Experience working with the NHS, healthcare, workforce, technology or professional services would be particularly useful.
The role is predominantly home-based, with travel to client meetings in Birmingham when required. In return they offer an excellent salary, work from home and an extension benefits package.
