We are looking for a dynamic Vendor Alliance Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will grow vendor-funded marketing opportunities, especially across digital channels and our e-commerce platform. You will work directly with vendor partners to create impactful marketing campaigns, report on performance, and reactivate dormant vendor relationships, contributing to the wider marketing strategy and business growth.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Stafford HQ, with 1–3 days in the office and the rest remote, offering flexibility while staying closely connected with the team and our partners.
What You'll Do:
- Secure and deliver vendor-funded advertising for the Converge e-commerce platform
- Develop and implement marketing plans in collaboration with vendors
- Reactivate and re-engage dormant vendor relationships
- Create marketing collateral in-house or with third-party support
- Coordinate campaigns that align with sales efforts and strategic goals
- Provide regular performance and ROI reporting for all vendor activities
- Attend and represent Converge at partner events
- Collaborate with digital agencies to optimize advertising strategy and execution
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in digital sales and marketing

- Preferred: Degree or diploma in Marketing or a related field
