This is an exciting opportunity to join the Residential Development Unit of a top national law firm as they continue to secure repeat instructions and new projects from an impressive portfolio of national and regional housebuilders. As a Plot Conveyancer in our established and supportive team, you'll manage your own plot sales caseload, supported by a modern case management system, while working closely with some of the biggest names in residential development.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing your own plot sales matters from instruction to completion
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with developer clients
- Delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment
- Working collaboratively within a highly successful and friendly team
- Using technology and case management systems to drive efficiency and accuracy
What we're looking for:
- 2-3 years experience working with freeholds
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine passion for client relationship management
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A collaborative, team-focused approach
- Good IT skills, ideally with case management system experience
- Professionalism, discretion and sound judgement
- The ability to stay calm, focused and effective under pressure
