Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a fast-paced and rewarding opportunity? We're seeking a conveyancer with 5+ years' experience managing their own residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, with confidence handling both freehold and leasehold transactions independently.
What you'll do:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Handle part exchange transactions for leading national housebuilders
- Draft contracts and conveyancing documentation
- Deal with enquiries, title reviews and searches
- Negotiate and exchange contracts
- Manage completions, SDLT submissions and Land Registry registrations
- Work on some unregistered property transactions
What we're looking for:
- At least 5 years' residential conveyancing experience
- Ability to run transactions independently from start to finish
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-turnaround environment
