We’re looking for an experienced, confident and organised Legal PA to join our client's Litigation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and experienced PA team, providing high-quality administrative support to the Partner and other solicitors, working in a fast-paced and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex diaries, meetings and appointments for lawyers across the team
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications including emails, calls and post
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Supporting the planning and organisation of events
  • Assisting with billing processes
  • Providing a wide range of administrative support and ad hoc tasks

Skills and experience you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant (legal sector experience in litigation is ideal)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A flexible and proactive approach
  • A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering excellent support
