My client has a rare opening for an experienced Legal Secretary with excellent knowledge of Private Client matters to work for the Partner. This role is for someone who enjoys providing one-to-one support and who is thoroughly organised and efficient, covering diary management and keeping on top of changing priorities and deadlines. You will have plenty of contact with clients, and you should have excellent spoken and written English. Highly competent in the use of IT such as MS Office and legal CRM systems. The role is hybrid working, usually 3 days in each week, potentially 4 if required. This is with a very well established firm, with a highly regarded practice and having a culture of positivity, embracing changes and moving with the times whilst providing the highest levels of client care. The salary is around £45-48k dependent on experience.
Requirements:
- You must be an experienced legal secretary or PA
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in private client work
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Happy to work in a one-to-one capacity
