My client is an award-winning national law firm with over 700 staff in offices located across the country. The firm prides itself on their reputation for the care and development of their staff. The role sits within their Property team, we are seeking someone with at least 2 years previous experience as a legal secretary or PA in a UK based law firm. Previous property experience is ideal but not essential as training and support will be given. You will provide the solicitors and fee earners in the department the highest level of administrative support. This is a varied position within a fast-paced, dynamic team!

Main responsibilities:

- Diary management - Booking meetings and rooms
- Dealing with all telephone, email and general queries, responding appropriately
- Assisting with billing and credit control
- Organising travel, booking transport tickets and hotels
- Managing the filing including electronic filing
- Keeping clients up to date through correspondance, emails and phonecalls.

The ideal applicant will possess the following skills:
