Working with a diverse client base, including local authorities, developers, and investors, on a wide range of residential matters.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Advising on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Supporting developers with plot sales on new build developments
- Working closely with clients to deliver a high-quality, responsive service
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in residential property (essential)
- Experience with freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions
- Working knowledge of lease extensions and enfranchisement
- Understanding of key sector issues (e.g. Building Safety Act, leasehold reform)
- Familiarity with the UK Lenders’ Handbook and lender requirements
