Are you an organised and proactive Legal Secretary with Property experience? Join a supportive and professional team where you'll play a key role in helping Partners and fee earners deliver an exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and resolving potential conflicts
  • Providing administrative and secretarial support, including correspondence, e-filing, billing, diary management
  • Opening, maintaining, and closing client files
  • Liaising with clients and taking instructions under the supervision of fee earners
  • Preparing, amending, and finalising legal documents
  • Supporting property transactions, including: searches, SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications, engrossments, completion preparation
  • Assisting with monthly billing and team financial reporting

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous Legal Secretary experience, ideally within Property/Conveyancing
  • Strong document production skills, including: Formatting documents, applying house styles, tables of contents, tracking changes, formula management
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communication and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and other legal IT systems
