Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a fast-paced and rewarding opportunity? We're seeking a conveyancer with 5+ years' experience managing their own residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, with confidence handling both freehold and leasehold transactions independently.

What you'll do:

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
  • Handle part exchange transactions for leading national housebuilders
  • Draft contracts and conveyancing documentation
  • Deal with enquiries, title reviews and searches
  • Negotiate and exchange contracts
  • Manage completions, SDLT submissions and Land Registry registrations
  • Work on some unregistered property transactions

What we're looking for:

  • At least 5 years' residential conveyancing experience
  • Ability to run transactions independently from start to finish
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-turnaround environment
