Join our client's Commercial Property team and play a hands-on role supporting solicitors and partners across a wide range of client matters. This is a great opportunity to gain in-depth experience and develop your legal career in a collaborative office environment.

Location & Hours:
Stratford, London
Fully office-based | Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
Please note: You must be able to comfortably commute to Stratford each day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support solicitors with commercial property matters from start to finish
  • Draft emails, contracts, leases, and legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and prepare client communications
  • Manage files, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Liaise with clients, HM Land Registry, lenders, and third parties
  • Assist with completions, SDLT returns, and Land Registry applications
  • Provide general admin support, including billing, meetings, and file management
