Costs Draftsman Hybrid | Leeds | Bristol | Birmingham Litigation Team Are you an experienced Costs Lawyer or Costs Draftsman looking to work on a wide variety of interesting litigation cases?
This is an opportunity to join a market-leading Litigation Team acting for major public and private sector organisations, insurers, local authorities and housing associations.
You'll play a key role supporting specialist litigation teams on a broad range of challenging and rewarding matters.
You will need knoweldge/experience of: Producing Precedents H, R and T Advising on third-party costs Drafting Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute and Replies Negotiating inter partes costs Preparing costs schedules for summary assessment Managing provisional and detailed assessments Providing costs advice to colleagues and clients You'll work closely with teams across: Clinical Risk Insurance Litigation Property Litigation Commercial Litigation Reasons to apply: -Working on interesting and often high-profile disputes -Collaborating with colleagues across the whole litigation team -Supporting major public sector and insurance clients Join a respected, market-leading national team within a highly respected and highly ranked national law firm.
