My client is an award-winning national law firm with over 700 staff in offices located across the country. The firm prides itself on their reputation for the care and development of their staff. The role sits within their Property team, we are seeking someone with at least 2 years previous experience as a legal secretary or PA in a UK based law firm. Previous property experience is ideal but not essential as training and support will be given.
- Dealing with all telephone, email and general queries, responding appropriately
- Assisting with billing and credit control
- Organising travel, booking transport tickets and hotels
- General administration tasks such as printing documents, scanning and post
At least 2 years previous experience as a legal PA
Confident in the use of case management systems and MS Office applications
Enthusiastic, pro-active and flexible, an active team player
The role is hybrid, generally working 2-3 days in the office each week.
