We’re looking for an experienced, confident and organised Legal PA to join our client's Litigation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and experienced PA team, providing high-quality administrative support to the Partner and other solicitors, working in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing complex diaries, meetings and appointments for lawyers across the team
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications including emails, calls and post
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Supporting the planning and organisation of events
- Assisting with billing processes
- Providing a wide range of administrative support and ad hoc tasks
Skills and experience you will need:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant (legal sector experience in litigation is ideal)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
