You'll play a key role supporting specialist litigation teams on a broad range of challenging and rewarding matters.

You will need knoweldge/experience of

  • Producing Precedents H, R and T
  • Advising on third-party costs
  • Drafting Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute and Replies
  • Negotiating inter partes costs
  • Preparing costs schedules for summary assessment
  • Managing provisional and detailed assessments
  • Providing costs advice to colleagues and clients
